Adult Turnkey Website

I am looking for someone to design an Adult Paysite for an amateur couple shooting videos of themselves, including hardcore and foot fetish. I am open for design suggestions, but would like the ability to earn extra revenue through TGP, Affiliates, link trades etc. The site must have Scripts like the ones on yahoo photo to upload many pictures at a time and thumbnail them for the members area, as well as a script to upload large movie files to be downloaded, with picture and short clip previerews automatically posted. Basically I need an easy way yo update my site without coding. I would prefer a programmer who is knowledgeable about optimization for all the major search engines and has worked in the adult business before, and can provide links to their work.
