Do some Excel Work

I have a good foundation of internet marketing as I own and operate a few websites, using advertising and affiliate marketing. I can write an email copy but don't use mass marketers, definitely an anti spam believer. I am excellent at copy and pasting - repeated submission for directories, placing ads or articles etc. If there is something I don't understand I will seek clarification and research until I do understand. I am available a minimum of 5 hours per day 5 days a week. I can meet most reasonable timeframes.
