Crowdfunding with Paypal Adaptive API

We are doing crowdfunding for bands to perform live for their fans. Bands will tell fans they need to raise a certain dollar amount to play live in their city; fans try and pledge to help the band make the gig happen; if the fans pledge enough money, the gig happens and the fan pledges will turn into tickets. * It is assumed that project hosts (bands) will need a paypal account; pledgers (fans) will need to use paypal to pledge (is paypal account setup is required for the fans, we wish to make it as EASY & FAST as possible * Project offers can last up to 90 days * Primary recipient is the project host * Secondary recipient is our company * We may wish to add additional secondary reicipents at a later date; this is NOT needed for this project but want the developer to be mindful of this * Pledgers can cancel their pledges up until the time the offer ends * Pledgers can change their pledge (we are OK if easiset path here is to require pledgers to cancel their original pledge first) * Pledgers will be able to pledge multiple tickets (all at the same dollar amount); since we are doing crowdfunding for concerts, pledging multiple tickets is critical) * we may need assistance in completing the Paypal [login to view URL] online application form accuractely
