I can build the design in Altium Designer. Beforehand, I would like to know if the schematics is in place, approximate number of components/BOM, estimated size of the board from preliminary evaluation from your produt engineer and the regulations the board needs to comply if any. To answer your questions, the above would be need to estimate the time/cost for pcb design. As far as the prototype and manufacturing costs, it strictly depends on the size of the board, BOM and the number of initial prototype modules.

I already have experience designing custom BBB expansions, but nothing as comprehensive as this one. I have many years of experience, including designing high performance SoM or SoB systems like the Beagle, Beagle Bone and Raspberry Pi. Expansion systems often look deceptively easy, but can be full of pitfalls which my experience can help you avoid. Prototype (up to say three or four) will be around $600-$800 each because of the cost of things like displays in small volume and the fact everything is hand assembled. Production costing is impossible to estimate until the initial systems design is done, then it can be submitted to an assembly house for an estimate.
