Android / iOS : private social events/activities organizer

The app we want is a basic native app for Android and iOS, a private social events/activities organizer. Anyone can download, but have to be invited (invitation code?) to register but still, We are looking for a person with good design and ui/ux skills. Some of the features that we want but in specific details when we find the candidate (alot of the features are based on the activity, basketball) : 1. Register/Login (with facebook and phone number - through invite only) 2. Profile, Chat, Newsfeed, Team/Crew page ( eg: basketball team) where they can share comments, pictures, videos, events/schedules etc - much like other apps out there (facebook?) 3. Filtered List of the users (eg: facebook friends list, by friends or public or however users group them) 4. Invite feature (since this is an invite only app) 5. Google maps integration (pinning different specific locations which can be added by any user of the app) 6. Location profile page (eg: Profile page for all the courts in town, which will show up in Google maps (#4) 7. Create events and invite to specific group or to anyone who uses the app (schedule an event and able to notify/invite users or nonusers through phone contact list) 8. Push notifications 9. Attending/maybe/not feature when invited to an event through push 10. Record results -I guess there would be so much possible data, so maybe if users were able to create their own tables to input results? 10. See how you're connected with other users (like tinders feature) 11. Waiting list if the event is full occupancy 12. user rankings by peer 13. mobile ad feature where they whole page is convered by the ad (I think this is a google ads feature?) 14. Web-based backend to support hosted content/push notifications 15. Any one of the users will be able to create a new "activity" page and any user can join - eg: Basketball, football, soccer Please send a portfolio before so that we may assess and choose the candidate that may be the best fit.
