why: I want to test android applications, and the emulators are too slow.
I tried to create a vm, but googleplay kept crashing and I could not install apps on the vm
requirements:
1. create a android OS (v5+) virtual machine on virtual box,
2. Verify google play store works and user can install applications
3. (I use Windows 10 if that matters)
