Create android app

OK I don't know if these is even possible. We have Amigo POS ([login to view URL]). They have an online web ordering system. Ours is setup at www.flattopordering.com. inside the pos, I hit update menu and it changes the menu to whatever I have in the pos system,. The online website is great, but we have a galaxy 10.1 tablet and I want to be able to use this as a kiosk so people at the counter can order themselves. If I create a login and keep it signed in it works, but the people have to type in a name and address etc. I would like the checkout process to basically have the address embedded as our address so they don't have to type it in. Id also like for them to only have to enter a name. when they click check and pay I want it to basically thank them for there order and return to the main order screen so that the next person can order. I don't have access to AMIGOPOS source code or the [login to view URL] / [login to view URL] source code so I am not sure this is possible and what information would be needed. I would love to turn this into an app so I can just load the app up on the galaxy tablet it signs in. and people can place orders on the kiosk (like Panera bread). please let me know if this can be done and what info is needed and price.
