Custom shirt design applicaiton

Hello Dears, We're a Men's Shirts Manufacturer company located in Istanbul, Turkey. We're planning to create an application which we'll use locally in our tablets, screens etc. There are such a similar examples available on the internet. We're serving from physical fabric catalogs to our customers. We would like to take a photo of fabric sample. Than we need to edit taken photo until that creates a correct pattern. We need to be able to edit crop, size, color correction. So, after we saved our pattern from edited taken photo, we'll apply this to regardig part of our ready 3D shirt model. We would like to be able selecting the direction of texturing for each part. We want to be able to change collar, cuff types, buttons & button colors/textures. Also we would like to be able changing stitch colors. Thats it. This application needs to be work on android. If you have any other idea for system, we can discuss. We'll use it on tv with android box. If you prefer to use it on PC it's also ok to disucuss. Also, we want to get export on image formats.
