Decent Hybrid APP for Node/Mongo Live Media for Max of $110

So i am on a low budget. I am not full of money. I am looking for a hybrid app possibly already created or can be created for my budget. I run a react.js & node.js & mongo Db & [login to view URL] middleware platform. We need to think about mobile devices. Speed and Performance is ideal. It is ideal to have search and sliders with images. And maybe on left side top corner a mobile popout menu. Maybe have a way where it fetches the video or channel from Mongo DB and plays in the APP. App for IOS and Android Hybrid would be awesome. My company delivers Live TV Channel Networks and Videos on our Front End React & Redux Web Site (UI). We are Family Friendly TV Service that delivers wholesome and positive entertainment. We are non profit based organization with a low budget. Anyone with a heart to help be awesome. I felt it would not hurt to ask.
