Develop a 10 screen Android app

Need a 10 screen Android 1.6 app developed. See attached screenshots for an example of the complexity required for each screen. Some are very simple, just links to other screens, others are more complex, like Settings screens. Required graphics and bitmaps will be provided. A login/logout screen will be one of the required ones, so you will have to keep track of state and have a basic means of storing and editing users & their info (password, privileges, etc.) whether that is file-based or SQL-based. Plus there will be a simple network connection to a server via HTTPS to retrieve data (similar to connecting to a Yahoo web service to retrieve a stock quote). Extra consideration will be given to Android experts (i.e. someone who can compile the Linux/Android source code from scratch and adapt it for a new platform, knows how to use Dalvik Debug Monitor Service (DDMS) & Eclipse/GDB, auto-launch an application on startup, etc.) While these skills are not needed for this contract, it would be good to have an Android expert for additional work in the future.
