The project consists of two modules one is catching monitoring information that users , this module is to have an application on the phone with Android system in which site-specific information is captured , the fields can be text type, date, multiple choice , boolean, georeferencing and image file.
This information is sent to the database via the Internet in real time, if there is no internet at the time, the application will have the ability to store such information as to connect to a network information to be sent stored in the database .
The other module is needed is to send notifications (surveys) of field users , this module consists of a form which will contain a list of persons to whom they are going to capture information according to which answer them the person, the form consists of selecting multiple options , capture text, save the date and register georeferencie that , as in the previous module, the application will have the ability to store information that is not sent at that time because that the internet is not available until you reach a point where there is outstanding access to this information is sent , there lie internet network information is to be stored directly in the database .
