Cartoon animator required

Hello, I’m looking for a character animator to create 10 short 5 to 15 second clips. My project is to target people aged 12 to 55 years old for online crime prevention. A young girl aged 13 to 25 surfing the internet on a laptop (at home in her room) 2. A young girl aged 13 to 25 surfing the internet on a smart phone (sitting on the bus) 3. A young boy aged 13 to 25 surfing the internet on a laptop ( at home in his room) 4. A young boy surfing the internet on a tablet computer (sitting in a train) 5. An older woman aged 30 to 55 surfing the internet on a laptop (at home the kitchen) 6. An old male aged 30 to 55 surfing the internet on a laptop (sitting in a cafe) 7. A male aged 20 to 40 breaking into a car. 8. A male aged 20 to 40 stealing a lades bag then running away. 9. A computer screen showing someone updating their anti-virus software (progress bar) 10. A computer screen showing someone updating their password. This is an idea of what I’m looking for I have a turnaround of 4 working weeks, can you help me with this project?
