Action/adventure Children's Cartoon Pilot Animation

I have written a pilot script for an animated action/adventure series proposal. I have drawn what several of the main characters should look like and the initial episode runs a standard 22 minutes long (so that it would fit in a 30 minute time slot, allowing for commercials). I do not have a themesong nor do I have an opening theme sequence and aside from some basic direction in the script, I have not storyboarded the episode. Visually speaking, the series would be somewhere between Avatar: The Last Airbender and the more recent adaptions of Thundercats and He-Man. I am looking for cost estimates so that I can see what would be necessary to finance and budget this project. Project would be traditional 2d animation.
