Add After Effects Text and Graphics to a video

We have shot video of a product (a computer video card) that we need to add on-screen text and images to show off the products features.

Strongly prefer After Effects expert who will be using After Effects CC 2017
A bit more information. Here is a sample of the video that was shot. It will be cropped, but the wires will also need to be removed in After Effects.
