AfterEffects Animation / Working with Green screen Footage

Please see storyboard attached. We have green screen footage of an actress that we need masked out / chroma key to then work with the copy and vector visuals that will animate in a fun way. Only about a 2 min video. We need someone to so this Mon / Tuesday next week and it has to be done in AfterEffects, preferably in house (we are based in Bryanston.
