Animation : Image map

I have a requirement for someone to create a relatively simple animation which will work on all platforms and is scalable so it will work on mobile devices as well as PCs/laptops etc

The animation will require hotspots as well.

A world map, with "flying" planes and buses/coaches traveling to a single destination, ideally with the final destination zoomed up to show actual location.

More details will be discussed with those identified for the project. Need this done FAST.
