Cartoon animator (After effects)

Hello, I am a budding writer/voice actor and have several ideas for animated comedy cartoon web videos. I'm looking for someone to animate the cartoon and work in partnership with myself. The pay would in honesty be minimal but this is with a view to a long term partnership and developing an online brand together. I have character designs however creative input is of course encouraged. I have minimal experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro and will edit the cartoons with audio and recordings. I have scripts available but again creative input is much appreciated. If you're a creative animator looking to produce quality funny cartoons then I'd love to hear from you!
