Create an Animation for my youtube videos

I would like to see if someone can do a quick 8 to 10 second animation for a youtube channel. I will give an example what exactly it needs to look like below.
I have a youtube channel called Bizness Fashionista, which I begin most of my videos with an animation introduction (the person that did it for me came from freelancer.com, but apparently he is no longer on this site).
When you look at the intro the Bee spells out Bizness Fashionista, on this anime I need the Bee to spell out: Tips and Tricks To Keep You In The Mix.
It needs to have two versions, one with sound (the sound being with chimes), and the other version with no sound….
Again the anime needs to be no more than 8 to 10 seconds (same color back ground, with the same bee, but spelling out: Tips and Tricks To Keep You In The Mix
