I need a virtual event simulator for a larger project which may or may not be disclosed but shouldn\'t stop any work being produced. I need an animation of lots of lottery balls with legs falling in to a glass box on a 100m sprint which then get released and they all race to the end. the winner needs to be randomly determined by a random number generator which is why it needs development as well as animation.
