Alterations to our DNN website(repost)

Our DNN website is currently in two languages, English and German. This has been done by separating them into two portals, so that it is effectively two different websites (since the menu bar must be in a different language for each). We are planning to add many other languages in the near future, so we would like the website to be set up to allow for this to be done more easily. Currently, each page has to be completely redone for English and German independently. Instead, we would like a system which would spawn replicas of the English pages across other languages, including the photos, etc. so that all that would have to be done would be language conversion. This would also entail a system that would allow for a range of languages for the website context and the banner to be displayed in. Additionally, we are finding the website loads very slowly in certain parts of the world, so we would like to see if there are any solutions to help to speed up the load time.
