Build a Website

Hi, I have a website that is already in place and working. But I lost my password and even access to it through the admin page. I do still have an access to the website through the hosting provider, but not directly the website admin page. At some point some of the functions of the website stopped working including the reset of password function. I also lost the contact information of the person who created it for me. So basically I need help to gain an access to the admin page, which I can't even load at this moment, and update some of the features that stopped working. While help with access to my website is my main concern, I will consider complete redesigning and rebuilding the entire website from scratch with the same content.
