Convert PSD to HTML(repost)

Please convert the attached PSD to HTML, should look roughly the same in Internet explorer and Firefox. the large grey area willbe a flash header, just make it an image for now. the blue box above will be the logo, just make it an image also. Please optimize is so that it has as little size as possible. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
