PROJECT SUMMARY: You will be creating a Version 2 of my existing Wordpress Theme. This means taking the existing theme & upgrading the theme to its latest version, and designing to my specifications. You will be extending the theme functionality by adding and configuring plugins. You will be coding additional page templates to my specifications. You will be re-coding overall theme for performance, scalability, and website compliance standards. I have created a prototype & detailed documentation for this project. Much of the work is completed, just needs to be reviewed, updated & configured correctly. BREAKDOWN OF TASKS: This project will feature development of the following: 1. Pages ??" Styling page templates. 2. Plugins ??" Adding & Configuring Wordpress Plugins. Secret Code: EXCALIBUR2008 If you have fully read the details of this project, reviewed the prototype, and fully understand this project, in your response & proposal, add this secret code to signify that you have fully read & understand this project in detail: Please place this as the first line in your response & proposal. Project Theme Goal: Design the theme to be 90% dynamic whereas everything is updated & added via the admin menu. Everything in the theme should render via CSS. Create a Table Less, Fast, & Flexible, Clean theme & code. Build the theme & page templates in a column grid format to make the overall theme functional. Theme needs to be W3C validated & have cross browser compatibility. You must test in the latest browsers ??" ie: Firefox, IE6, Safari, Opera, etc. Need to create & have ready pre-styled HTML elements so that only TAGS need to be added to showcase styling. Please note: If your proposal is not in the format requested, or does not address any of the required items, you will be quickly disqualified. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Site must run on Wordpress Platform and compatible through all browser versions.
