Digital download delivery, subscription and user authentication automation with affiliate system and franchise like system PHP

i am making a website for me to sell goods digitally via paypal... automatically. this means that once payment is recieved it will be delievered to them over email or logging into the site and going to there purchased product page. for a idea of what i want take a look at this [login to view URL]~9 view the demo's learn the thing as if you wrote it. i want something in a similarity of that, AS WELL AS an addon to it. In this website i want companies and groups able to sell there stuff through me while i make a small profit. (i need something to help organize and make this process easier). more detail in the deliverables. Forewarn: anyone who takes on this project should have a place where they i can test this product on a server that isnt my own. (this means that i want to see the finished product working before i try to install it myself) and id apprectiate installation instructions for dummies This should be runnable through php and its ok if it needs to use a mysql database. ## Deliverables Idea of what im trying to make out of this website (so u have a better idea of what i want) my site is intended on promoting independent game developers games by independent game developers coming to us and selling there product in exchange i make a small profit from it. it would be a digital downloads type store using paypal to do transactions and then sending the purchaser a link to the [login to view URL] i have alot of games im selling i wouldnt be able to manange how many people purchase what game and what commisions im getting from what company for selling there software. Every single feature in the product at the website listed must be included. [login to view URL]~9 Note that all links to the actual file to download is encrypted and hidden when sent in the email. the email shouldnt redirect to the site files exact location. the design doesnt have to be the same but it should be 100 percent usefriendly for someone with no html / php skills at all. Along with this i want Something where i can, on a form type thing, Create a Franchise by entering the name of a company (name input box field), then an email field, a paypal id field, Username, Password, Extra info. do standard error handling here meaning, no field sept extra should be blank, and password should be correct as well as email should be right/ includes the at symbol etc.. then from going to the manage companies section to the add or edit company field to the add a product / edit a product area. when u add a product or edit one it will show a form with the following: Choose compony (dropdown, choose product (dropdown only list items not already in a franchise thing unless its the one being edited If one is being edited)), percent of income, extra info. do standard error handling here meaning, no field sept extra should be blank After all that is done from the main page a manage Franchise link should be included. on that i can edit the franchise information, edit the franchises items, see what i earn from this,view how much i owe total, or pay all that i owe to them in one big payment over paypal. if i were to click pay all it would direct me to paypal with the paypal id entered and the total payment of all the items in the franchises list calculated and totalled (for what i owe them) If i were to click edit franchise it would take me to a screen very similar to the one i use to create a franchise (difference is fields are filled out already) if i were to click edit franchise items it would sendme to another page where i can view all the items under that franchise and edit or see what i owe and earned, pay them seperately. if i click edit it directs me to a page similar to the page used to add an item, if i click pay it will direct me to paypal with the total owed for that item and the paypal id of the franchise who owns it. then after this item is added to the list i could edit that list by going to the manage (name) link and view it. on that id be able to find the company, browse through what products im selling for them in a table like format (possible to view more than one item at a time) If i were a Franchise owner id be capable of going to the website and clicking the log in link which would direct me to a log in page where i can view the stats of my products, edit information of any product or my own info, or request payment. Theycan also log out from this screen which would direct them to the home page (to do this i would have to enter the homepage in a php script which i can do ifu tell me where it is and how it should be done. i do know enough php to install a script etc..) To understand better what i want use the attachments... if u were to follow the attachments exactly you'd basically do the program it self (aside from all the coding required) BTW: anything in the attachments Must be included in the product. If anything is substituted and isnt up to standards it will have to be redone. Also the attachment provided was done quickly in mspaint.. The product should be userfriendly which means have a graphical interface. One last note the price i owe the company (this is also what shows up as earned for the franchise owners view in his/her log in area) should be calculated by taking the number of times the product was purchased, multiplying it by the price of the product it self and then dividing it by the percent i entered in the items area. To calculate the total amount of all the products for that franchise do the math above and add um all together. To calculate for the admin the total earned u multiply the number of items sold by the price of each item then add that to the number of items sold times the price of each item for each product To calculate for the admin total earned seperately just multiply total price of each item by number sold After each time payment is sent (depending on wheather it was pay all or just pay one) it should erase the values correspoding to what determines the total owed. this includes number of items sold, price owed, and earned. If money owed in one item was paid for in one franchise but others werent then the total owed for that franchise should just subtract the amount owed from that product. I Do know how to install scripts if given good enough instructions and if needed support from the creator so installation of it doesnt have to be 100 pecent automated. If any features are left out that are included in this then the program will have to be fixed or the project will be dropped without a payment being made. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform it needs to work for the internet in general. im guessing since the host im using allows php and mysql that it would be only smart to be running on linux. So the code it self should be able to run on a linux server.
