Chinese to English news stories translation

I need someone to translate Chinese news items as found on the Chinese version of Google News for a specific topic. Translated items need not be perfect English - just a better translation than can be obtained with Google's translation tool. I would appreciate a weekly translation of about 5 items, delivered once a week, and a total of about 20 items per month on an ongoing basis. Translated items will be between 100 and 200 words long and will often only require a summary of the original news item. My goal is to include these news items as part of a global email newsletter to a specific group of recipients. Based on my own experience, this job should not require more than one hour per week. Please quote hourly rate.
