Articles, AND Press Releases, Also Need them submitted ASAP

I am looking for ONE person that can provide Articles, and Press Releases, as well as can post and submit them, as well as Index to be on the first page of Google and do this ASAP. The selected person will be able to write articles and press releases, and use Keywords that I provide in the work, and will also Submit to directories, index to be on first page of Google ASAP. Must also be able to perform and deliver this work within 24 hours to me. Must supply samples of your work in order to be considered. Also MUST provide prrof that the work is done in order to be compensated in full. The selected person will become a person that we will use constantly weekly ans well as some times daily.
