Club Constitution and Bylaws

I need someone to help me write the constitution and bylaws of a new club I am starting at my college, it is not a hard job, but I dont have time to do this now and I need it as soon as possible. Attached you will find first the guidelines for writing this and second an example of what is it i am looking for. This job requires interaction between whoever is hired and myself (some skype meetings) to make sure that everything is written well.
