We are looking for two articles about a local community in Florida for a real estate related website.
The first is an "About This Community" article (900 words) for those considering a move. A hybrid of wiki type content and sales brochure, with 100% original copy and some interesting info not found elsewhere. Article should include basic encyclopedic information about geography, lifestyle, growth and interesting and unusual (positive) facts about the area.
The second is "What You Need to Know about Buying a Home" in the community (600 words). The article is aimed at providing helpful information for someone out of state interested in buying a home in this community. We want this to be service oriented and it must include options for home buying outside the community developer. Needs to include typical price ranges, models & varieties of homes available, locations, costs, fees, amenities, etc.
The Third is "What you Need to Know About Renting a Home" in the community (600 words). Same as previous but with rentals.
Should include some local expert quotes from independent sources (not the developer). These will be published on an independent local marketplace site featuring local real estate.
