We are a small IT company providing managed services to small and mid-sized businesses in the New England and Tri-State region but are main vertical and target business is in Connecticut (the core). We provide support services for all technology segments. For example, telecom/phone installation and support (VOIP), server & workstation desktop support, software support and installation, custom programming, security & network monitoring, antivirus and desktop/server patch management, remote support and the list goes on. We are looking for someone to look at our website and tailor it to better fit the MSP world. Make it easier to understand, classy, clear and well written. The core fundamentals of IT Managed Services allows a company to better gauge the annual spending on there IT infrastructure by allowing them to pay a flat fee per desktop and per server. This service is managed by a company like ours. It includes supporting all the devices on their internal network (firewalls, routers, switches ,phones, servers, workstations, applications, security and so on).
