We need some user documentation and how-to documents created to help new users install, access, configure and use our custom environment, which is provided via AWS WorkSpaces. Although the content will be technical, we want our documentation be \"fun\" - to encourage users to actually *read* it :) We are also looking to establish a \"style\" for our documentation, although this is secondary and could become a future project . Our primary method for providing this content to our users is via Zendesk. At the moment we are still using the \"Web Portal\", but will soon be transitioning to the \"Help Centre\". Experience with how to create documentation that presents well within Zendesk, as well as PDF, would be great.
