Do some Blog Writing and Posting

Research some themes and write a series of blogs on data analytics, predictive modelling and machine learning to improve customer engagement resulting in greater customer loyalty and satisfaction. The first blog should be about how data analytics, predictive modelling and machine learning is used to improve customer engagement. Each subsequent blog should comprise of a real example/use case of delivering prediction and/or personalisation using statistics, machine learning, advanced analytics. Each blog should be specific to an industry that allows for better customer engagement, examples are movie recommendations (netflix), customer retention (like churn prevention in telco) and content personalisation (like Amazon product recommendations), etc. Each blog is expected to be about 300-400 words (one A4 page in length). Although the subject matter is complex, the blog style is expected to be simple, easy to read, informative and engaging. You are expected to deliver the first blog in a week and two blogs in the following 4 weeks, totalling to 9 blogs in all.
