artistically paint a canvas

What a beautiful painting idea! I understand you are looking to have a highly textured reds orange dripping oil painting when completed. Painting has been my passion and study for the last 22 years! I love working abstract with oils! It's always such a freeing experience! I'm sure there will be sticker shock. This is an expensive time consuming project, I'd be leery of anyone who bid less than 800 GBP. My bid will cover supplies, painting time and expertise, shipping. The cost of supplies, which on such a large painting with impasto like your texture reference suggests, isn't going to be cheap. Oil paints are quite expensive. I would probably use a painting medium to build up the texture and then start building the paint on top of that when I have a good base texture. Also, I budgeted 60 days of painting time because the oils will dry slowly with such a thick build of paint. It may even need more time to dry than that. Is there a deadline on this project being done? Where is it needing to be shipped to? Being that I am in the US, the shipping time might extend past the 60 days if it needs to end up in Britain.
