Convert Cisco 7960 from SCCP to SIP (requires TFTP server)

We have just taken delivery of three Cisco 7960 VoIP phones.
These are currently running the Cisco SCCP protocol and we require someone with knowledge of this to convert the phones to use the SIP protocol and connect to our current provider.
This should be a fairly simple/quick job for someone experienced with VoIP.
