crypted phone server / iphone app / Asterisk / VOIP

Dear, i need somebody which programm for us the following for our company: 1.) Phone-Server (Asterisk, Voip) for crypted telephone phone calls - which will be for maximum 100 users (200 clients, which are 100 softphones and 100 iphones) from our company. Server must accept only apps and softphones which have a aceess code and password, we need to block these anytime, when anybody quits. Server must have a frontend, where anybody can make the changes (also a secretary!). 2.) IPhone App, where we can make crypted calls from Iphone over our Server, to other IPhone or Softphone. Iphone App must have a security code provides by us for login to our server. 3.) Softphone, that allow me to call over our Server to other Softphones or IPhones. Softphone must have a security code provides by us for login to our server. Iphone App sould be like: kryptos (you will get it over itunes). Softphone should look like a softphone (Skype...). Communication must be 100% secure! Voice Communication must work without problem, like on the normal phone or on Skype! Calls must be minimum have 256 bit AES to encrypt voice communications, keys must be exchanged with 2048 bit RSA key exchange minimum. If you can provide a better security, please let us know. You will do a plan / description of the programms and a complete handbook for using it! Payment after you are finished with the 3 products, and all is working 100%. When you have any errors, we will not pay untill all is fixed! We get all source codes of the product and we are the owners of all sources, means, that this is an exclusive products and we have all the rights (also to license it to thits party).
