Goal: build a series of short voice mp3s so they can be strung together by a phone app and announce distance, speed, etc. The end result should sound: - fast (speed up tempo of clips as appropriate) - natural (keep small pause at end, avoid any clicks or pops, don't speed up too much or reduce sound quality) - pleasant (in some cases, there are multiple samples of the same word/phrase - use your judgement to pick the best one) - even (if needed, adjust tempo and volume of clips so they all match each other when listening) Deliverable: - about 60 small mp3s (words like "one") - one quality check file (append all small mp3s together to check for consistency, speed, etc) Please note: I've only played with GarageBand/Audacity a little and I'm not sure if this is a complex/vague request. If needed, send me an initial sample (quality check file built from 10 clips?) during the job to confirm we're hearing the same thing.
