A service oriented professional supporting customers, personnel, managers and owners by communicating effectively with all levels. Proven success in scope, scheduling, estimating and cost negotiation while leading project teams of various types (vendors and employees) and sizes while using hands on and project management skills and training.
Able to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and multi tasking.
Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams.
Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.
Periodic inspection of construction sites concentrating on quality control, completion of scope of work, and project deadlines
Ensure project documents are complete.
