Hello, This is Bogdan from Romania. I'm a mechanical engineer, 3D designer and modeler. I have over 15 years experience working in (Autodesk) Inventor, deigning and prototyping different systems and devices across multiple activity fields (from furniture to renewable energy systems). I could design this enclosure for you with respect for 3D printing specifics (for 3d printing are some limitation on the wall thickness, filet radius, etc). More than that, the pir sensor needs an integrated support into the enclosure, and depending the environment where it supose to work, maybe a sealing gasket - but all these details could be clarified during chat.
