Blog writing for my website & FB page

I am looking for a Blog for my Website and Facebook page - I would like to make it a regular thing. This time around I am looking for a blog on refinancing current home loans (including the consolidation of debt, ie credit card debt/personal loans etc). With all the banks/lenders varying their interest rates outside of the Reserve Bank rate movements it is very difficult for customers to compare loans. I offer that service free of charge and do all the running around and paperwork for them. I would like you to point out the advantages of refinancing with a lower interest rate etc. It would also be good to highlight the ability to gain access to any equity they may have in their property which could be used to assist with the purchase of an investment property, home renovations, holidays etc.
