Create Modular level building set for UDK or 3ds Max

Look for someone who can build a well design universal level building set. Set should be well thought out, and be used to build many different types of game levels, such as: Sci-fi, Modern, Middle age, etc.

Set should include at the very minimum

multiple types of doors, locks

multiple types of walls, bricks, metal walls

Multiple types of windows, glass, glass panes,

High bidders should include texture packages.
