AutoReply to Craigslist Ads

I am looking for a program made that will go in and autoreply to ads in the casual encounters sections of craigslist, leaving a message of my choice. I would like to select the category such as men seeking women (within category casual encounters) and the program will go in there and reply to all the ad's and once done move onto the next city etc.

I have tried this before, and this requires some sophisticated software, as this category has captcha, and it needs to have many e-mail addresses, as each e-mail address can only send out 20 e-mails per day before craigslist cuts it off. So, it needs about 50 e-mail addresses . It also needs to have the IP Addresses rotated about every 100 e-mails, or again it will get cut-off.

This needs to be able to handle about 5,000-6,000 e-mails per day. Automation is key here. In other words, I don't want to continually be changing e-mail addresses or IP addresses, the program needs to do that.

If you have or can provide such e-mail please send me details and cost. I would want to test it extensively first before purchasing.
