Profile: Business Development Executive -(Freelancer)
Should have atleast 1 year experience of doing business development for a manpower consultancy.
Approaching clients by cold calling, references, etc. for getting requirements from them for staffing and recruiting purposes.
Giving company profile presentations to the clients and explaining them the terms and conditions of the company.
Fixing appointments with the clients if necessary and meeting them personally.
Getting the requirements and sharing them with the company seniors.
Maintaining good relationships with the clients and handling issues, keeping track on the invoices raised on every client by being in touch with the team leaders.
Good communication skills.
Experience: 1-5 years.
Payment Terms: Profit/revenue sharing model- candidate will get 20% of the billing amount on every first closing and 5% on others for the first 12 months on every client.
