Custom Child Web Browser (MATH BROWSER)

I am looking for to create a browser application that will: limit internet use time, and will also allow children to surf, as long as they get math questions correct (Multiplication Problems). kind of like a portal, or menu kiosk/browser. the child will not be able to surf unless they get them right! they can visit predefined game websites, (Child Safe!) will stop or redirect at preset intervals,(lets say every 5 minutes) to another screen that will require them to type in the answer of a Multiplication Problem, Correctly!, before they can continue. I would like it so that the child cannot access other programs while he or she is browsing This is the first in a series of Educational, Repetition, Memory Software for children. ------------- Here is perfect Scenario. My child comes from school, turns on computer and.. is greeted with a menu system, that allows 2-3 options and an administrator option. I think the math browser should be a webkit (Customized Browser I think) He will be allowed to browse some approved flash game sites. Predefined by Software/ but list should be editable by local ADMIN, and safeguarded by content filtering SHORT LIST OF APPROVED SITES [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I think admin should be given the option of suspending all activity, or just browser. The child will have to choose multiple choice, and the computer will notify them of correct or incorrect before permission is granted to continue. The concept is sort of like Flash Card, permission based browsing ;) With the emphasis being on the repetition. Questions should be stored locally. simple format for now.
