Auto Vote Bot Program (XtremeTop100.com Auto Vote Bot )

Hello, I need a auto voting PROGRAM to vote for us on sites like: [login to view URL] , [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] I need to make AT LEAST 250 votes every 12 hours, and each vote must be from a different IP since the site allows you to vote only every 12 hours. There has to be some way of you either fetching a list of proxies or getting it. This has to be a PROGRAM, not an internet script. It can be in any high-level programming language like C/C++, C#, Java, or anything similar, but it must be a program. You must speak to me through MSN / Yahoo Messenger. I will provide you with my MSN/YM once you are selected. This is urgent and project deadline is about 1-2 weeks. Please don't post here if you cannot do exactly what I want. If there is no way to bypass it, then please make the program to where I can just keep typing in the captcha myself and it keeps recording the votes with however you setup the program. The main point is that I need a lot of votes to go to #1! There's already people who have done this, shouldn't be hard...
