C# Programmer for Stock Data recording

We would like the programmer to build a small tool in C# to monitor and save real-time stock exchange data (bid ask quotes). The real-time data will be delivered via an API from a Broker, a C# .Net interface for the data is available. ([login to view URL]). The broker we use is Interactive Brokers ([login to view URL]), a demo account and demo tickers will be provided. The programmer should build a simple GUI that displays realtime quotes. The relevant tickers should be imported from an Excel sheet, where the user can add, delete and modify stock tickers (eg. MSFT). The recorded data should be saved in a text file or an Access Database. We will request the full source code.
