Automatic Form Submitter

I need a desktop application that will be able to load a list of data and automatically work as a macro to submit this data. All that is required is a paste and a enter/submit, it's a very simple process. I want to be able to load a list (a newlined list, each new form submit entry will be on the next line) and this application will automatically go through and submit the form over and over again until the list is finalized.
