I want a complete counter site designed. It should be a combination of a site like [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] with a professional look and feel.. It needs to have the functionality of both sites combined. Please study boths sites before you place a bid.
CC processing needs to be impolemented as well
The site needs to be well documented, since i want to translate it into dutch myself, and have an admin section.
The site has to be 100% working and my preference is to work with a programmer who has already done a site like this.
Dont post your standard " can be done - contact us" but really look into the sites before you place a bid.

Preferably looking for programmers who think ahead / show initiative, and have a very clear view of how a site like this should function. Also should be able to give support in the future.
Some more info on the service i want:
* Free service, paid service, and upgrade to paid service, top lists, user registration, admin area, payment status.
* Statistic pages for free:
- Users website Statistic are visible to everyone - small banner will be displayed on site
- Users Websites are shown in top lists (top 100, top 1000, national top lists) - different catogories wich can be managed from the admin area (template based)
* Statistic pages for paid service:
- User can chose to display stats to public or not. When it's displayed in public, the URL is also shown in the Top lists. Complete site tracking & all functionality of the 2 sites described above
- In paid account stats are stored for longer.
* Top Lists:
- In registration user has to choose a category, where his website is shown.
- Google pagerank/populairity checker included on all users pages
* Administrators Account:
- rules which parameters are shown to each user or which not, rules if user account has password protection or is open to public.
- manage members.
- manage payment.
- show statistics for all members/websites.
- Manage advertisements (only shown on free users pages)
- manage categories (add category, move website to other category, delete category etc.)
Requirements
* Scripts should be bug free.
* Scripts should contain easy installation routines.
* Scripts should contain easy documentation.
* Scripts must be using 100% templates (
* Source code should be delivered.
* Please remove your copyright.
* Exclusive rights preferred (but not obligatory).
* Script has to be in multi language mode.
* I prefer a enterprise solution.
* Script language can be chosen by programmer - should be low on server resources, high traffic proof and 100% bug free
* If necessary parts in C/C++.
* Scripts must work with most standard Linux based servers
* A preview of your work must be possible.
* Please don't offer hourly rates, planning of time and speed is yours.
* Payment will be released depending on progress of the project, the last 20% will be released, when project is 6 weeks bugfree. Calculate this into your prices or negotiate it in advance.
* You should be available on messengers / Email
* We plan on maintaining the site after it is created so we will need customer support, just Q and A emails. The easer you design the page for us to manage, the less emails you will receive from us.
* A long term partnership is preferred. So everything written above is negotiable after we know each other better.
