1) Voice Application We are looking for help in developing a program in C so that one could dial to mobile phone B from a PC through a nearby mobile phone A via Bluetooth. The program should be able to run on a PC with both Linux or Windows OS. If the mobile phone B calls mobile phone A, the PC would ring. The user could use PC to dial out or receive phone calls. As shown in the attached figure, the mobile phone A is tied to the PC via Bluetooth. 2) Data Application If the Bluetooth is in pair, the PC will be able to get onto Internet through the Mobile phone using Bluetooth. It should at least work for iPhone, Blacakberry Storm/ Bald, Window Mobile and Android. The bidder will need to submit a “scheduled Milestones and Check Points”.

Hello I am developing mobile apps and drivers since 2002. I have experience with the mentioned platforms. I build this with a PC module for dialing, and another module on the mobile. First fully functional beta can finish withing one week. Cost is $3000 for the first platform, $1300 for any extra platform. iPhone module will be on $4500. I can go with the mobile modules on native C or with j2me. For #2, accessing internet will not be through all applications; will be through our own application. For windows mobile we can do it for all other applications on WM; for an extra cost. I am looking forward to hearing from you shortly. Best Regards Mahammad
