I need a auto voting PROGRAM to vote for us on sites like: [url removed, login to view] , [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view]
I must enter the url that must being vote myself and then the script/software must vote directly.
I need to make AT LEAST 250 votes every 12 hours, and each vote must be from a different IP since the site allows you to vote only every 12 hours. There has to be some way of you either fetching a list of proxies or getting it.
Also it must have a full list with working proxies in it (at least 1000) and the posibility that i can add more proxies myself
This has to be a PROGRAM. It can be in any high-level programming language like C/C++, C#, Java, or anything similar, but it must be a program.
Please don't post here if you cannot do exactly what I need.

The best would be that the software solves the recaptcha, either way, use DeCaptcher API: [url removed, login to view]
As you can see there is a CAPTCHA that must be bypassed on the top i've mentioned.
So if there is a CAPTCH code then the program must fill this automatic. If there is no CAPTCHA then the script must vote directly.
Our budget goes around 100 Dollars. We need a test version with 100 votes for example to check that its working
