Automatic Image Compressor

I need an image compressor that can automatically compress images. 1. Select entire folder or individual file, if folder is selected, all image files in folder will be compressed. 2. Once file or folder is selected, an option to compress the images must be selected based on a percentage that the user inputs and the number of copies the user defines. For example, a file called "[login to view URL]" is selected and it is 100 KB. The user wants fives copies of the file, each with a 1% compression. The program will then compress the file five times and reduce the file size by 1 KB each time. The finalized files will also need to be saved in the format of original file name + a two digit number. Files must be saved in original image format. The final files should look like this. [login to view URL] - 99 KB [login to view URL] - 98 KB [login to view URL] - 97 KB [login to view URL] - 96 KB [login to view URL] - 95 KB If an entire folder is selected, then all images in the folder will be compressed and saved by the same user inputs. Also, the image must be able to be compressed by 1/100th of a percent. By this I mean the user must be able to input a percentage as low as 0.01% for the file compression. 3. The program must also be able to change the image's resolution. The user will again input a percentage and the number of copies. The percentage will define how much of the original image's resolution should be changed. For example, "[login to view URL]" is 100 px by 100 px. User inputs five copies and 1%. The final files will look like this. [login to view URL] - 99px by 99px [login to view URL] - 98px by 98px [login to view URL] - 97px by 97px [login to view URL] - 96px by 96px [login to view URL] - 95px by 95px If an entire folder is selected, then all images in the folder will be changed and saved by the same user inputs. Also, the image must be able to be changed by 1/100th of a percent and more than 100%. By this I mean the user must be able to input a percentage as low as 0.01% for the file compression or a percentage higher than 100 such as 200%, in which case the resolution of the image must be doubled.
