Diablo 2 Cpu Reducer Compatibility

Hello, Im in need of a programmer to make an already made program compatible and usable for Windows 7. The program that i have is a cpu reducer for diablo 2 that reduces the cpu and memory usage of the game, however it was designed only compatible for windows xp and i have gotten a new computer that is on windows 7 and it does not work with it. Im looking for someone who speaks english, has done projects for games/diablo 2 before and is active so we can communicate fast so the project can be done as soon as possible.
